A thoroughly enjoyable, educational and enlightening day. I learnt a lot about myself through working with the horses as well as coaching with them. The environment was safe and encouraging and enabled me to overcome my anxieties as well as experience the amazing power of horses in mirroring our emotions. There's nowhere to hide!
