Within just two days of learning/sharing, I have gained a whole understanding of the techniques and tools available to effectively coach. This has left me excited, enthusiastic and hungry for more! Having procrastinated for awhile about: 1) will it benefit me to attend; 2) will I get my money's worth; 3) will it be professionally delivered; 4) do I need it to be a life coach? I can already confirm a big fat "yes", and an "absolutely" to No.4. This is the first manual I have been excited to read. It contains valuable advice, practical exercises and helpful examples (and I'm only up to pg57 of section 2)! I feel well supported, encouraged and empowered. Can't wait to get stuck in!
