The whole 2 days has been a very nurturing, upbeat process, with so many positives, humour and warmth. All the trainers and Louise are just amazing at what they do and helping us all to gain the best out of ourselves. All the trainee coaches really gelled together and were all supportive of each other... What a fantastic group. Thoroughly enjoyed it!
