It was a day of highs and lows for me and taking risks. If I'd known what was going to happen at the beginning of the day, I'd have run a mile, but now that I've done it, I realise how important it is to stick with things you find difficult/threatening/way out of your comfort zone as they can have a positive and life-affirming outcome.
