An initial impression of Simply Changing might be that it is female dominated and in pure number terms it is. However, no part of the course is female-centric. It is relevant for men and women alike and is all about creating excellent coaches. And from meeting fellow developing coaches, nearly graduated and graduated coaches, and the Simply Changing team, they DO create excellent coaches.
